You focIk us on sustainable improvements, support colleagues in their development, and ensure Microsoft 365 continues to enable effective collaboration throughout our international organization.\nKey responsibilities include:\nOwn and continuously improve Microsoft 365 Collaboration Services, with a focus on SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive.\nTranslate business needs into secure, scalable, and user-friendly Microsoft 365 solutions.\nLead governance, architecture, security, and compliance initiatives across the Microsoft 365 landscape.\nCoordinate complex incidents, changes, and releases while safeguarding continuity and service quality.\nGuide and coach Microsoft 365 Specialists and key users, while promoting knowledge sharing and best practices across the organization.\nShape the Microsoft 365 roadmap together with business stakeholders, architects, and strategic partners.\n You enjoy connecting technology with the way people work. You take ownership, share your knowledge with others, and enjoy turning complex challenges into practical solutions.\nAdditionally, you bring the following:\nHBO working and thinking level.\nAt least 5 years of experience working with Microsoft 365.\nExperience with Microsoft 365 administration, adoption, and governance.\nA relevant Microsoft certification, preferably Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert.\nKnowledge of Teams, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, Power Platform, and Entra ID.\nDemonstrable experience designing Microsoft 365 environments and translating governance and security principles into a stable, future-proof platform.\nStrong stakeholder management and advisory skills.\nExperience coaching colleagues and sharing expertise within a Microsoft 365 team.\nFluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.\nCandidates should be based in the Netherlands to support effective collaboration within our hybrid way of working.\nConsidered a plus:\nExperience working in an international organization.\nHands-on experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot, including Copilot agents.\nExperience with Microsoft Purview, (PnP) PowerShell, and content migration projects.\nExperience designing and delivering user training, workshops, or adoption programs.\nAdditional certifications in areas such as Identity & Access, Endpoint Management, Information Security, Compliance, Microsoft Purview, Microsoft Defender, Microsoft 365 Copilot, or ITIL/service management.\nIf you recognize yourself in most of these requirements, but not every single one, we would still like to hear from you.\nFor this position, a pre-employment screening applies, consisting of a Certificate of Conduct (VOG) and a background/integrity check.
