You’ll manage core areas including financial operations, global payroll, compliance, vendors, and day-to-day operations, while building smarter, automated ways of working across the business. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong operational ownership with a builder mindset - someone who can identify inefficient processes, leverage AI and automation to improve them, and spot what’s broken before anyone else does - and fix it.\nWhat You’ll Do:\nManage global payroll, invoices, budgets, and overall financial administration.\nBuild, automate, and continuously improve cross-functional operational workflows and processes automation using AI, no-code/low-code tools, and system integrations.\nCoordinate with external finance partners.
