Working daily with Engineering and our client-facing teams, you decide what gets built, what waits, and what we say no to, so that what ships makes a visible difference for clients and for the business. \nWhat you'll be doing\nAcross both levels, you will:\nOwn a product area end to end, from concept to delivery, and be accountable for its results\nRun the roadmap and backlog for your area, shaped by client needs, market input and business goals, and make prioritisation calls when time is short and the data is incomplete \nTurn unclear client and business requests into specifications, user stories and acceptance criteria that engineering can build without further clarification\nTrack the impact of what you ship, analyse client feedback and usage data, and share insights and risks with stakeholders\nKeep delivery on track against agreed scope and timelines, and improve SDLC practices so that quality and speed go up together\nWork with Implementation, Customer Success, Customer Care and Sales to enhance client satisfaction and drive long-term engagement\nUse AI in the product (features, client workflows) and in your own work (specifications, analysis, research)\nKeep building your expertise in the travel industry\nAs a Senior Product Manager, you will also:\nContribute to the long-term vision and strategy of your product stream, aligned with company goals\nWork with leadership on strategic topics, bringing options and a recommendation, not just problems\nMentor other product managers and help improve product management practices across the team\nWhat we're looking for\nWe hire first for how you think, decide and act. If most of this sounds like you, we’d like to hear from you.\nWhat you’ve already done:\nMid-level:\nYou have run the roadmap of a product area across several releases, and can show what you decided, what you shipped, and what it changed\nYou have turned client and business needs, including those from Sales, Customer Success and Implementation, into specifications, user stories and acceptance criteria that engineering can build from\nYou understand how software is built and shipped in agile teams well enough to work with engineering as an equal\nYou weigh time and development cost against the value for clients and for the business\nYou think in numbers and logic: you break down complex problems, build business cases and back your decisions with data\nYou look for where AI can improve the product and your own work, without waiting to be told\nYou work comfortably in both Croatian and English (C1 or higher)\nYou can travel occasionally or adjust your hours for clients in other time zones\nYou have the legal right to live and work in Croatia\nSenior (in addition to the above):\nYou have shaped the vision and strategy of a product, not just its roadmap\nYou have worked with leadership on strategic decisions, bringing options and a recommendation\nYou have mentored other product managers or helped improve product practices in your team\nWhat's in it for you?\nReal ownership: you are accountable for your product area and have a real say in what gets built and what does not.\n\nReal complexity and impact: you will work on an enterprise B2B SaaS product used by travel companies worldwide, and you will see the effect of your decisions in how clients use the product and what they say about it .\nRoom to build: a stable, bootstrapped company with proven market fit, and room to sharpen how we work, from processes and roadmap to the way we use AI. \nGrowth and development: high-quality onboarding, a feedback culture, and internal and external education.
