As a Mid-Level Developer, you’ll independently own tasks and features, working closely with product, QA, and other internal teams, while mentoring junior colleagues. As a Senior Developer, you’ll additionally take the lead on complex technical initiatives, guide architectural decisions, and mentor developers across the team. Either way, your work ships to real clients and matters from day one.\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\nAcross both levels, you will:\nDesign, develop, and maintain software components of the Lemax SaaS platform to defined requirements, deadlines, and quality standards\nAnalyze and translate business and client requirements into technical specifications in collaboration with internal departments and stakeholders\nIdentify and address system bottlenecks and technical debt to improve performance and team efficiency\nCreate and maintain technical documentation that supports maintainability and knowledge sharing\nCommunicate and collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to clarify requirements and support delivery\nPromote SDLC best practices - clean code, automated testing, code reviews, and documentation\nMentor and support junior colleagues while sharing technical knowledge across the team\nWork hands-on with AI assistant and itinerary-generation features using current LLM tooling\nAs a Senior Developer, you’ll also:\nLead and deliver complex technical initiatives and projects\nImprove and optimize system performance, stability, and scalability at an architectural level\nGuide technical decisions and mentor developers more broadly within the team\nShare and promote technical knowledge across the wider organization\nWhat We’re Looking For\nMid-Level (3+ years of experience):\nMinimum 3+ years of professional experience in software development, preferably on SaaS products or complex software systems\nProven experience developing and maintaining software solutions using C#/.NET and relational databases (MS SQL)\nExperience working within structured SDLC processes, including testing, code reviews, and technical documentation\nPreferably hands-on experience with AI/LLM tooling (OpenAI, Anthropic APIs, etc.)\nExperience collaborating with cross-functional teams (Product, Implementation, Customer Support, or similar) to deliver software aligned with business and client requirements\nSenior (8+ years of experience):\n8+ years of hands-on experience in software development, ideally in SaaS product development or complex software systems\nExperience leading complex technical initiatives, solving architectural challenges, and improving system performance or scalability\nAbility to design and optimize complex software systems and architectures\nHands-on experience with AI/LLM tooling (OpenAI, Anthropic APIs, etc.)\nExperience mentoring developers and guiding technical decisions within a team\nRequired at both levels:\nStrong understanding of SDLC practices, including automated testing, code reviews, and documentation\nEnglish working proficiency (written and spoken)\nLegal right to work and live in Croatia\nNice to have:\nExposure to Java development\nExperience with profiling and monitoring tools (Kibana, New Relic)\nExperience with CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins\nFamiliarity with DevOps practices and infrastructure automation\nWe also value:\nStrong problem-solving and analytical thinking\nA proactive mindset and ownership of technical topics\nClient- and business-oriented mindset\nCalm, composed approach when resolving complex problems\nStrong collaboration and teamwork skills with respectful communication\nWhat’s in It for You?\nAI-first greenfield product with real production impact:\nJoin a greenfield, AI-first product built on modern .NET/C# and cloud infrastructure, where we ship AI assistant and itinerary-generation features to real clients in the travel industry.
