We design spaces that integrate aesthetics, functionality, and sustainability.\nIn recent years, we have delivered inspiring projects that reflect this vision, including:\nInternational headquarters of a manufacturing company\nBoutique La Maison Lavande\nWhat you will accomplish with us\nLead complex, multi-phase projects from concept to construction.\nManage schedule, budget, and resources.\nCoordinate multidisciplinary teams and consultants.\nAct as primary client contact.\nEnsure compliance with Quebec codes and standards.\nOversee construction and resolve technical issues.\nManage risks, contracts, and project performance.\nSupport business development initiatives.\n What you need\nBachelor’s degree in interior design completed.\nMinimum of 10 years of experience in interior design, including significant experience in project management (multi-phase, multidisciplinary) and all stages of a project (budget management, scheduling, issue assessment, risk management, etc.).\nExperience in managing budgets and timelines.\nExperience managing multiple stakeholders (clients, developers, etc.).\nProficiency in Revit (a strong asset).\nProven leadership and ability to mobilize teams toward project objectives.\nExcellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail in managing assignments.\nBilingual in English and French, both written and spoken, as you will be collaborating with Québec-based teams.\n Lemay makes its employee development and well-being a priority.
