You'll be building and running processes designed to scale as we grow, not just maintaining what already exists, and you'll need to be comfortable with pace, ambiguity, and having your attention split across a lot of moving parts at once.\nWhat you’ll build and own\nCore operations: Own core people operations processes including onboarding, offboarding, contracts, probation management, background checks, right-to-work, and leave and absence management.\n\nHRIS data: Own our HRIS data integrity, maintain accurate records, run audits, build out workflows and automations that reduce manual data entry and admin as we scale.\n\nBenefits administration: Manage enrolment, changes, and employee queries across benefits programmes.\n\nAI integration: Own and maintain content for our AI HR bot so employees get fast, accurate self-serve answers, and act as our champion for identifying new ways AI tools can support the people function.\n\nEmployee and first-line manager support: Be the go-to for employee questions, manage our jira ticketing system\n\nAd-hoc projects: Support on People related projects, there’s a new HRIS implementation coming (amongst many other initiatives)!\n\nPeople metrics and reporting: Produce reporting that gives the business visibility into what's working and what needs attention.\n\nYour experience\n2+ years in a people operations or HR generalist roles, ideally spanning multiple countries\n\nComfortable operating in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment, juggling multiple workstreams at once\n\nExperience improving or automating a process, with an eye toward building for scale\n\nProficiency with modern HRIS platforms and comfort maintaining accurate, structured data\n\nNice to have\nExperience in a high-growth, multi-country startup environment\n\nExperience supporting an HRIS implementation or migration\n\nWhy Join LemFi?\nLove shouldn’t be expensive, yet those working hardest for their families often face predatory fees and banking exclusion.
