DACH is one of our biggest untapped markets in Europe, and we want someone to own it.\nMission\nYou will build and lead lemlist's DACH sales team while carrying your own number.\nThis is a true player coach role. You close deals yourself, and you make the people around you close more. 60% of your week is in the field with prospects, the other half goes to coaching, and building the playbook that works for German, Austrian and Swiss buyers.\nYou will:\nCarry a personal quota on DACH mid market and corporate deals, from first touch to signature\n\nGenerate a significant share of your own pipeline through outbound: cold call, cold email, LinkedIn, all run in lemlist (we eat our own dog food)\n\nLead a team of 2 AEs Coach them through deal reviews, call reviews and live joint calls every week\n\nRecruit and onboard the next DACH hires, with a high bar from day one\n\nBuild the DACH playbook: messaging, objection handling, procurement and security expectations, local competition\n\nWork with Marketing, Partnerships and our BDR to grow DACH pipeline beyond inbound\n\nReport forecast and pipeline health directly to Yann, VP Sales & Success\n\nYou will focus on companies with 200 to 10,000 employees and sales teams of 5 to 500 people across Germany, Austria and Switzerland.\nKey Results\nAfter 3 months, you will have\nClosed your first DACH deals personally\n\nBuilt a pipeline you are proud to forecast on\n\nRun weekly coaching rituals with the team and shown measurable change in at least one rep's behavior\n\nShared a first version of the DACH playbook\n\nAfter 12 months, you will have\nHit your personal quota most months\n\nMake the team perform consistently\n\nSkills\nGerman native and fluent English (English is our working language)\n\n5+ years in B2B SaaS sales, top performer (top 20%) with numbers to prove it\n\nProven DACH closing experience, including multi stakeholder deals with procurement, IT and works council considerations\n\nAt least some formal or informal people leadership: team lead, mentoring, onboarding new reps\n\nStrong outbound muscle: able to generate at least 50% of your own pipeline\n\nCoachable and a natural coach: you can break down why a deal was won or lost and teach it\n\nAI fluent: you use AI daily to prospect, prepare and follow up, and you want your team to do the same\n\nHappy to work from our Paris office\n\nWhy join
