We have the technology, funding, experience, and capability to scale our business quickly.\nWe are seeking an experienced Implementation Consultant with a strong background in fund accounting and private assets software. The successful candidate will have played an active role in delivering financial software solutions through the full implementation lifecycle, and will be confident and comfortable in client-facing engagements.\nWhat You'll Do\nWork within the Implementation Team to configure and deliver the LemonEdge platform solution to clients and partners.\n\nLead and manage end-to-end software implementation projects, including requirements gathering, scoping, configuration, testing, training, and go-live support.\n\nCollaborate with the Operations Team and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure projects are understood, delivered on time, and have ongoing maintenance and support requirements met.\n\nApply deep fund accounting knowledge to configure the platform to meet complex client-specific requirements across Private Equity, Real Estate, Fund of Funds, Evergreen Funds, Open-Ended Funds and other private asset strategies.\n\nSupport data migration activities including data mapping, validation, and reconciliation to ensure accuracy and consistency during system transitions.\n\nDevelop and document SQL queries and procedures to support implementation tasks including data migration, reporting, and process automation.\n\nAssist in the production of supporting materials for clients and partners, including project plans, configuration documentation, and training materials.\n\nEnsure clients are trained and supported on an ongoing basis, and that implementation best practices are met on all engagements.\n\nInteract with clients, partners, and professional services teams on a daily basis, providing clear and proactive communication throughout the project lifecycle.\n\nAbout YouEssential:\n5+ years of experience implementing or consulting on financial or accounting software solutions, with a focus on fund accounting and private assets.\n\nStrong background in Private Equity fund accounting, including an understanding of fund structures, capital calls, distributions, NAV calculations, waterfall mechanics, and investor reporting.\n\nExperience working with one or more industry-standard systems such as Investran, Allvue (formerly Black Mountain), eFront, Advent Geneva, or equivalent fund accounting platforms.\n\nComfortable in a client-facing role, with the ability to lead client workshops, manage expectations, and communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.\n\nStrong analytical mindset with the ability to understand and translate complex financial processes into system configuration and data requirements.\n\nA team player who is eager to help where possible, with a passion for technology and financial services.\n\nPreferred:\nProficiency in SQL for data analysis, migration support, and reporting tasks.\n\nExperience with VBA or equivalent scripting tools for automation and data manipulation.\n\nKnowledge of reporting tools such as SSRS, Crystal Reports, or DevExpress.\n\nUnderstanding of Alternative Assets more broadly, including Real Estate, Fund of Funds, Evergreen Funds, Open-Ended Funds, Secondaries, or Infrastructure strategies.\n\nBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or a related field;
