In this role you play a pivotal role in shaping the future of fintech. You’ll be looking after our onboarding journey end-to-end focusing on improving conversion across our web and app journeys and identifying new ways of engaging customers. If you thrive on solving complex problems, scaling impactful products, and driving innovation, we’d love to hear from you.\nPMs at Lendable take day to day ownership of their product and work closely with teams such as Engineering, Credit, Growth and Operations to take the business to the next level. It’s your job to break down complex tasks into bite sized deliverables and prioritise projects according to their maximum impact. You’ll be comfortable getting into the details but also looking at the big picture and helping Lendable grow.\nExperience\nEssential:\n2+ years of work experience as a Product Manager or similar role\n\nA bias for action, you move fast, get things done, and iterate quickly based on feedback\n\nData proficiency, you’re comfortable using Python or SQL to query data and running your own data analysis\n\nFamiliarly with AI tools like Cursor, Claude Code or Codex\n\nDesirable:\n Experience working in start-up/scale-up environment preferred but not required\n\nExperience working on mobile app products preferred but not a requirement\n\nWhat you’ll be doing\nOwning and driving the strategy, execution, and growth of our origination funnel, particularly focusing on direct lending\n\nDefining the product roadmap and overseeing delivery with an industry leading Engineering Team.\n\nCollaborating with other teams across the business, including other Product Managers, Engineering, Credit, Data Science, Finance and Operations.\n\nChampion data-driven decision-making by designing hypothesis driven tests, measuring outcomes, and iterating quickly based on learnings.\n\nUsing AI to build tools, automate manual workflows and helping your team make faster and better decisions\n\nNavigating a fast-paced, evolving fintech landscape, balancing innovation with compliance and risk management.\n\nPartnering with design to ensure our customers’ needs are always at the heart of what we’re building.\n\nWorking with third parties to ensure that the product is best-in-market for the businesses that we work with.\n\nHow you will contribute to the Product Team’s objectives\nAutonomy; you are comfortable independently managing a product line, being accountable for delivery and customer impacts. You can confidently run standups and planning sessions with the engineering team, and proactively identify and resolve any issues limiting product development.\n\nProblem solving; you can break down complex business problems into bite sized chunks.\n\nAnalysis: you have experience with numerical analysis, you’re comfortable using SQL or Python to dig into the data and drive real-world actions.\n\nWorking at speed; you make things happen.
