efficiently\n\nKey Requirements:\n2-4+ years of experience in auto finance, legal recovery, loss mitigation, paralegal support, or high-volume collections\n\nDirect background working with third-party legal vendors, outside counsel, or repossession agencies (Preferred)\n\nStrong communication skills to manage external legal partners, push for updates on pending litigation, and hold vendors accountable to timeline benchmarks\n\nPrevious work in skip tracing and collections, preferably in the automotive industry\n\nOutstanding customer, communication and organizational skill\n\nHigh level of integrity\n\nStrong sense of teamwork yet able to work
