support to dealers facing economic or market challenges.\nConduct in-person dealer visits and virtual check-ins to maintain strong, service-oriented relationships.\nCollaborate with credit, risk, and funding teams to ensure smooth dealer onboarding and account management.\nStay informed about industry trends, regulatory impacts, and political/economic shifts that may affect dealer operations or financing needs.\nRequirements:\n1-2 years of experience in the floorplan finance industry (e.g., inventory financing, dealer lending, automotive finance).\nProven ability to meet or exceed sales goals, particularly in a highly competitive or economically challenging market.\nStrong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.\nDemonstrated ability to adapt sales strategies in response to economic or political challenges.\nSelf-starter with a passion for sales and customer success.\nExperience with CRM tools and proficiency in MS Office Suite.\nBachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Finance, or related field) or equivalent work
