the expansion, testing, and release of products that impact thousands of customers\n\nKey Requirements:\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)\n\n3+ years of backend development experience\n\nExperience designing and implementing RESTful APIs, with familiarity in microservices and event-driven architecture\n\nFluency in relational database technology such as PostgreSQL\n\nStrong grounding in testing methodologies, including TDD and automated testing frameworks\n\nExperience with AWS or comparable cloud infrastructure\n\nFamiliarity with agentic development workflows and AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, or similar), and an interest in applying them to real engineering work\n\nWorking knowledge of React, Next.js, and TypeScript, with a willingness to contribute across the stack\n\nProven ability to work independently, with strong communication and interpersonal
