how to lead projects effectively, collect feedback and give good service to the engineers of the company\n\nBuild decentralized ecosystems that are very easy to contribute to with vibe coding (Backstage, CLI tools, Microservice templates, Self Service, HELM Charts values, etc)\n\nDrive high-impact, multi-team technical initiatives from ideation to delivery by establishing clear technical standards, defining trackable compliance metrics while securing the buy-in of other engineering leaders\n\nLead Kubernetes (K8s) initiatives.\n\nManage research of cutting edge cloud native technologies\n\nKey Requirements:\nComputer Science degree from a leading university\n\n5+ years of software development experience.\n\n2+ years of experience developing applications on K8S using HELM/Kustomize/Crossplane/CDK/Other\n\nUnderstand the concepts of Platform Engineering well\n\nStrong backend development skills in a modern languages:\nTypescript/Python with Asyncio/Go/Rust/Modern C#/Kotlin.\n\nProficiency with Claude/Codex which includes writing skills, system prompts & delivering features across multiple repos.\n\nPreferred:\nProduction experience running services on Kubernetes..\n\nProven experience writing design documents, presenting them to engineering leaders and answering hard technical questions in fluent English.\n\nExperience writing and maintaining internal tools with an impact on developer experience such as:\nBackstage/Port, internal CLI tools/Microservice templates/infra-related libraries, agentic flows/AI skills\n\nExperience working with open source K8S charts such as:\nKeycloak, Debezium, Airflow, Temporal, a feature flag system or
