You'll play a key role in making Lendbuzz's products reliable and sustainable as we scale.\nKey Responsibilities:\nDrive the architecture and implementation of Lendbuzz's core platform to ensure high scalability and system reliability as the company grows\n\nBuild and maintain Python backend services behind RESTful APIs and event-driven (Kafka) workflows\n\nModernize legacy architecture: migrate our core platform to containerized AWS services and split out domain microservices, rolling them out safely with canary releases\n\nImprove CI/CD and developer experience: faster test runs, better deploy workflows, and smoother releases\n\nStrengthen reliability through monitoring, health checks, autoscaling, and well-run scheduled jobs and data pipelines\n\nWork with product and platform teams to unblock delivery and make shared systems easier to build on\n\nKey Requirements:\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)\n\n5+ years of production backend software development experience, with proficient Python expertise\n\nSelf-driven, adaptable, and creative problem-solver who thrives in a dynamic, fast-changing environment -
