We are looking for a Sales Relationship Manager with strong Digital Acquisition experience to connect with inbound digital leads and convert them into P2P investors.\nThe RM will position P2P lending as a smarter alternate to traditional equity and mutual fund products, and help clients diversify their portfolio with stable, fixed-income returns.\nKey Responsibilities:\n1. Digital Lead Conversion: Connect with new leads generated through Digital Marketing channels and drive them to onboarding and first investment.\n2. P2P Product Pitching: Educate prospects on P2P lending as an alternate asset class to Equity, Mutual Funds, and other market-linked products. Emphasize diversification, risk-adjusted returns, and transparency.\n3. Sales & Targets: Achieve monthly acquisition and disbursement targets through outbound calls, follow-ups, and consultative selling.\n4. Client Advisory: Guide investors on portfolio allocation in P2P, explain risk, tenure, and return structures, and address objections.\n5. Relationship Building: Build trust with new investors to encourage repeat investments and referrals.\n6. Collaboration: Work closely with Digital Marketing and Product teams to provide feedback on lead quality and conversion insights.\n7. Reporting: Track daily activities, lead status, conversions, and maintain accurate CRM records.\n8. Market Knowledge: Stay updated on RBI regulations, P2P industry trends, and competing investment products.\nQualifications & Experience:\n1. 1+ years of experience in Digital Sales Acquisition, preferably in Mutual Funds, Equity Wealth Products, Fintech, or WealthTech.\n2. Proven track record of converting digital/inbound leads into paying customers.\n3. Strong understanding of investment products: Mutual Funds, Equity, Fixed Income, and ability to position P2P as a diversification tool.\n4. Excellent communication and consultative selling skills in English and Hindi.\n5. Goal-oriented with demonstrated ability to meet/exceed sales targets.\n6. Experience handling objections and explaining financial concepts to retail/HNI clients is a plus.\nWhat we are looking for:\nCandidates with strong sales experience, good communication skills, and a proven track record of achieving targets.
