Over 300 retailers are spread across 4 levels creating the ultimate destination of choice for shopping, dining, entertainment and park life in the area.\nAbout the Role\nLendlease Malaysia is seeking motivated candidates to build their career as Security Supervisor for Setia City Mall. This role is to ensure the safety and security of shoppers, tenants, staff, and property within the shopping mall premises. The Security Supervisor will oversee daily operations, enforce security protocols, and respond to incidents promptly and professionally Duties include, but are not limited to, the following:\nSupervise and coordinate security officers’ daily activities, including patrols and monitoring.\n\nEnsure compliance with mall security policies and procedures.\n\nRespond to emergencies, alarms, and incidents; liaise with law enforcement and emergency services as needed.\n\nConduct regular security audits and risk assessments.\n\nPrepare and maintain accurate incident reports and daily logs.\n\nTrain and guide security personnel on emergency response and customer service.\n\nManage shift schedules and ensure adequate coverage at all times.\n\nAssist in loss prevention and investigate theft or vandalism cases.\n\nLead evacuation drills and ensure readiness for emergency situations.\n\nAbout You\nMinimum High School Diploma; Diploma/Degree in Security Management or related field preferred.\n\n1-3 years of experience in security operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.\n\nCertifications in First Aid/CPR/AED preferred.\n\nStrong knowledge of security systems (CCTV, access control) and emergency procedures.\n\nExcellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.\n\nValid security license as per local regulations is an added advantage\n\nPhysically fit and able to patrol large areas.\n\nAble to work day and night shifts, including weekends and public holidays as per duty roaster.\n\nAbout Us\nThis is a permanent role\n\nYou will enjoy 20 days annual leave per annum + 3 days wellbeing leave\n\nMedical coverage for self and dependent up to RM2500 per annum\n\nInsurance coverage for self and dependent\n\nDental/Optical coverage for self and dependent.\n\nWe create award-winning urban precincts, new communities, retail precincts, and workplaces to the highest sustainability standards.
