Many of our urban developments across the world have become thriving, iconic destinations that have revitalised cities and delivered lasting social benefit.\nThe Role\nWe are seeking an experienced Senior Development Project Manager to join our Brisbane Development team on a 12-month fixed term contract and play a key leadership role in the delivery of a major residential development project.\nAs Senior Development Project Manager, you will provide leadership and governance across all phases of the development lifecycle, ensuring projects are commercially sound, appropriately de-risked and successfully delivered.\nYou will act as the critical link between Development, Design, Construction and key stakeholder groups, driving alignment between project vision, commercial objectives, programme, procurement strategy and delivery execution. Your key responsibilities include:\nLeading project delivery strategies and Project Execution Plans\n\nDriving design management, consultant leadership and design governance\n\nManaging programme, cost, quality and risk outcomes across the project lifecycle\n\nLeading procurement strategies, tender processes and commercial negotiations\n\nManaging planning approvals, authority relationships and external dependencies\n\nProviding leadership through construction delivery, practical completion and handover\n\nMentoring project team members and contributing to development best practice\n\nAbout You\nYou are a highly capable project leader with extensive experience managing large-scale property, infrastructure or urban regeneration projects. You are a collaborative leader who balances strategic thinking with practical delivery expertise and thrives in complex development environments. You will also bring:\n10+ years' experience in project, development, design or delivery management\n\nExperience leading complex residential developments through design, procurement and delivery\n\nStrong commercial, contractual and procurement expertise\n\nProven ability to manage multidisciplinary consultant and contractor teams\n\nDemonstrated experience managing programme, cost, quality, risk and safety outcomes\n\nTertiary qualifications in Property, Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Planning, Project Management or a related discipline\n\nAbout us:\nWe are committed to developing and retaining the best people and provide the best possible learning and development opportunities.
