This includes developing and maintaining construction programs, implementing the project procurement strategy, value engineering, managing quality and ensuring high levels of Health and Safety at all times.\nJob Responsibilities include but not limited to:\nAssist Project Managers and Superintendents in planning, executing, and closing out construction projects.\nPrepare and manage project documentation, including submittals, RFIs, change orders, and progress reports.\nReview architectural and engineering drawings and specifications for constructability and compliance.\nMonitor and track project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation, identifying potential delays or cost overruns.\nCollaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination.\nParticipate in project meetings, contributing technical expertise and problem-solving solutions.\nImplement and maintain quality assurance and quality control procedures on site.\nAssist in the procurement process, including evaluating bids and managing vendor relationships.\nAbout You\nBachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.\nMinimum of 5 - 7 years of experience as a Project Engineer or similar role within the construction industry.\nStrong understanding of construction principles, methods, and safety regulations.\nExcellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.\nAbility to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications.\nDemonstrated problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.\nProven ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.\nValid driver's license and ability to travel to various project sites as required.\nFamiliarity with Australian building codes and standards is highly desirable.\nAbout Us\nWe are committed to developing and retaining the best people and provide the best possible learning and development opportunities.
