Our clients come to us when it’s important to handle complexity, drive diversity, offer strategic and long-term value, and to create innovative and sustainable solutions.\nLendlease Victoria are currently looking for multiple Site Supervisors to work on our projects in the North Western Suburbs of Melbourne.\nYou will be responsible to oversee day-to-day construction activities on-site. You’ll make sure work is completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This role involves planning, coordinating, and monitoring site operations while ensuring compliance with safety and environmental requirements.\nResponsibilities include but not limited to\nSafety & Compliance\nMaintain a valid Lendlease EHS Passport and complete required training.\n\nImplement safety systems and ensure compliance with regulations.\n\nConduct risk assessments, monitor high-risk work, and stop unsafe activities when necessary.\n\nCarry out daily and weekly safety checks and keep accurate records.\n\nPlanning & Coordination\nWork with engineers to develop short- and medium-term construction programs.\n\nMonitor progress and report on site activities.\n\nPromote sustainability initiatives and maintain a well-organized site.\n\nQuality Control\nEnsure work meets design and quality standards.\n\nReview and verify subcontractor inspection plans and manage defect close-outs.\n\nStay across contract scope and specifications.\n\nTeam & Resource Management\nSupervise and mentor site teams and apprentices.\n\nSupport performance reviews and training compliance.\n\nHelp manage labour costs within budget.\n\nStakeholder Engagement\nBuild strong relationships with unions, consultants, and authorities.\n\nEncourage teamwork and clear communication across all site stakeholders.\n\nAbout You:\nPrevious experience supervising construction activities.\n\nStrong understanding of safety systems and compliance requirements.\n\nAbility to plan, coordinate, and monitor site operations effectively.\n\nKnowledge of quality standards and contract specifications.\n\nLeadership skills to manage and develop site teams.\n\nGood communication and stakeholder management skills.\n\nThink you’d be great in this role, even if you don’t tick every box?
