For more than 60 years, we have created thriving places around the globe.\nLendlease is currently searching for an experienced Technician for PLQ (Paya Lebar Quarter).\nResponsibilities:\nTypically carries out maintenance, repairs, testing and inspection of building mechanical and electrical services, associated systems, plant and equipment in accordance with relevant statutory standards and operational procedures.\nDeliver maintenance services outlined in management plans and maintain records as appropriate, to contribute to the safety and security of premises, staff and visitors.\nMay carry out installation works involved in minor upgrading and adaptation works to ensure ongoing maintenance and upkeep of premises\nRequirements:\nExperience in an operations support or building maintenance role, and/or knowledge of the property management industry, and relevant legislation relating to facilities operating environments (including Occupational Health and Safety regulations). \nKnowledge and understanding of the operational procedures and safe working practices of major items of plant and systems.\nCommunication and customer service skills to effectively communicate and implement company policies and practices in order to effectively carry out responsibilities.\nCompetencies include: Customer Focus, Planning & Organising, Problem Solving & Analytical Thinking, Verbal Communications, Written Communications.\nBenefits of working at Lendlease:\nPermanent position \n20 days annual leave per year plus 3 days of wellbeing leave\nMedical, Dental and Inpatient coverage for self and dependant.\nAccess to online wellbeing and mental health platform\nLendlease is a diverse, flexible and inclusive employer of choice.
