In this role, you will support the day-to-day execution of our marketing activities: setting up campaigns, coordinating asset production, helping with event logistics, supporting partner initiatives, maintaining clean data in our tools, and assisting with basic reporting tasks. You will help ensure that our plans are executed accurately, on time, and following our internal processes.\nKey Responsibilities\nCampaign Operations & Automation\nBuild and launch campaign components end-to-end:\nWebinars: set up Zoom events and registration flows.\nLanding pages & forms: create LPs and forms in HubSpot.\nEmails & sequences: create promotional, reminders, and follow-up emails, A/B tests, and schedule sends in HubSpot.\nSocial posts: prepare/schedule LinkedIn posts.\nProduce visual assets in Canva (banners, social tiles, email headers) following brand guidelines.\nMaintain campaign checklists and calendars.\nContent Creation and Localisation\nHelp create marketing assets in English, and assist with their localisation into French, Spanish, and Italian (sales materials, website pages, etc.).\nMaintain and optimise our prospect nurturing programme: analyse HubSpot reports, suggest improvements, and update emails and content when needed.\nPaid Advertising\nOptimise our Google, Microsoft, Chat GPT and LinkedIn ads campaigns, in coordination with our agency.\nEvent Marketing\nCoordinate with agencies on stand visuals and production timelines.\nPrepare internal event briefs (briefings, shifts, talking points, decks).\nBuild promotional assets (email signatures, banners, social posts) and coordinate invite lists with the Revenue team.\nPost-event: upload leads to HubSpot, ensure correct naming, sources, and fields; trigger follow-up workflows and track BDR/Sales follow-through.\nPartner Marketing\nOperationalise partner campaigns (media partners, co-webinars, content syndication): collect specs, deliver assets, coordinate approvals, and track go-live.\nPrepare partner kits (UTMs, copy blocks, visuals, email drafts, article briefs) and ensure consistent messaging.\nAI & Process Automation\nIdentify repetitive tasks and propose AI/automation solutions (templates, prompt libraries, simple workflows).\nPilot small automations (e.g., draft-first-pass copy, asset resizing, tagging rules) and document SOPs.\nRequirements\nWhat You Bring\nStudies in Marketing, Communications, or Business.\nFluent English and French required. Italian and Spanish are highly valued.\nHands-on with HubSpot (or similar: Marketo/Pardot), Zoom, Canva, Google Workspace (Docs/Slides/Sheets).\nSolid organisational skills; you enjoy checklists, structured workflows, and meeting deadlines.\nFluent in French.
