This role is a great opportunity for a new home sales manager with a proven track record to join one of the nation’s largest and most-respected homebuilders.\nA career with purpose.\nA career built on making dreams come true.\nA career built on building zero defect homes, cost management, and adherence to schedules.\nYour Responsibilities on the Team\nLead, coach, and mentor team members to ensure optimal performance and achievement of desired results, while prioritizing efficient and effective solutions that benefit the organization.\nAssist the Director of Sales and Director of Marketing in various sales-related tasks to support overall divisional objectives.\nAid in implementing sales goals and training programs to align with divisional targets.\nProvide guidance to New Home Consultants on sales techniques to enhance sales performance and customer satisfaction.\nEnsure effective coordination between New Home Consultants and other team members to facilitate timely closings and ensure customer satisfaction.\nAssist in escrow tracking and the issuance of sales reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory guidelines.\nReview and monitor paperwork to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and coordinate with escrow companies and mortgage lenders as necessary.\nAttend promotional events and conduct sales meetings to support divisional initiatives and address any issues that may arise, while keeping management informed of relevant developments.\nYour Toolbox\nMinimum 5 years in residential sales, management and/or real estate management\nMinimum high school diploma or equivalent required\nValid Driver’s license and a good driving record\nCandidates with experience working for a homebuilder in New Home Sales strongly preferred\nValid Auto Insurance coverage\nExcellent communication skills, verbal and written, as well as strong organizational and interpersonal skills\nMust be able to deal effectively with confrontational situations and maintain objectivity in associate, public relations and homeowners interactions\nCollege degree preferred\nPhysical & Office/Site Presence Requirements:\nRegular, in-person attendance at Company communities/job sites and offices during regular work hours is an essential function of this job. Requires the ability to work in excess of eight hours per day in the confined quarters of a construction trailer, the ability to operate a motor vehicle, read plans, climb stairs and ladders, bend, stoop, reach, lift, move and/or carry equipment which may be in excess of 50 pounds. Job may require occasional operation of construction equipment.
