It requires fast, frequent, and accurate communication with Sales associates, Field associates, Lenders, and Title companies. The role involves substantial paperwork that must be processed, tracked, and shared daily, necessitating extensive computer work and frequent email and telephone communication.\nA career with purpose.\nA career built on making dreams come true.\nA career built on building zero defect homes, cost management, and adherence to schedules.\nYour Responsibilities on the Team\nMaintain and update Home Status Tracking Sheets with Lennar Mortgage and outside lenders.\nSet up and maintain files for new agreements.\nAudit new sales agreement, manage contract documents, and maintain job files\nCopy and distribute agreements to buyers and realtors, if applicable.\nSchedule & coordinate CEL Walk, ACC Walk and settlement date and times with Production\nUpdate JDE with CEL Walk, ACC Walk and COE dates\nUpdate COE dates for current sales in JDE\nSend out all closing letters concerning settlement to the appropriate people.\nProcess all documents for communities that need to be FHA approved.\nReview and signing of Seller documents for settlements\nSet up closing folders for documentation and keys to be provided at settlement.\nMaintain and update the closing calendar with Lennar Title and outside Title/Lender.\nAssist Division President and VP of Sales/Marketing with assigned projects as needed.\nRequirements\nTwo years of escrow experience; homebuilding industry experience is a plus.\nHigh School diploma or GED required.\nProficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.\nValid driver’s license.\nCurrent Notary Public (preferred).\nAccurate typing speed of 60-70 wpm.\nExcellent verbal, written, and oral communication skills.\nStrong organizational and multi-tasking abilities.\nProfessional attitude to represent the company positively.\nAbility to work under stress and meet time-sensitive deadlines.\nPhysical & Office/Site Presence Requirements:\nThis is primarily a sedentary office position which requires the ability to occasionally bend, stoop, reach, lift, move and carry office supplies weighing 25 pounds or less.
