Lennar Merchandising & Visualization Services is seeking a skilled and motivated Pipeline Manager to oversee the health and performance of Creative Services pipelines. This role serves as the primary operational point of contact for Divisions, ensuring projects move efficiently through established workflows while proactively managing timelines, stakeholder communication, operational risks, and cross-functional coordination.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This role requires exceptional communication skills, strong operational judgment, and the ability to build relationships across multiple teams while maintaining visibility into pipeline performance and driving projects toward successful delivery.

Your Responsibilities on the Team

  • Pipeline Management: Monitor the overall health of Visualization Services pipelines, ensuring projects continue moving efficiently and identifying bottlenecks before they impact delivery.

Timeline Coordination: Maintain visibility into project schedules, proactively monitor milestones, and communicate timeline risks or changes to internal teams and Divisions.

  • Division Partnership: Serve as the primary point of contact for Divisions throughout the project lifecycle, providing proactive communication, managing expectations, and ensuring a consistent customer experience.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Project Coordinators, Interior Design, Technical Design, Merchandising, Product teams, and external vendors to coordinate work, resolve issues, and maintain project momentum.
  • Risk & Escalation Management: Identify operational risks, remove roadblocks, and escalate issues requiring leadership support to minimize impacts to delivery.
  • Operational Visibility: Maintain accurate project information and pipeline status within Airtable and other operational tools, providing clear visibility across teams and leadership.
  • Familiarity with 3D visualization workflows is preferred to support effective collaboration with technical teams.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Build trusted relationships with Division partners through timely communication, responsiveness, and a solutions-oriented approach.

Your Toolbox

  • Experience: 3-7+ years of experience in operations, customer success, project coordination, pipeline management, or related fields.
  • Operational Coordination: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining visibility across numerous active projects.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Proven ability to build strong relationships and effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Timeline Management: Experience coordinating project schedules, identifying risks, and maintaining operational timelines.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to manage stakeholder expectations and navigate challenging situations professionally.
  • Organization & Attention to Detail: Highly organized with the ability to prioritize effectively while managing multiple moving pieces.
  • Problem Solving: Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to proactively identify issues and coordinate timely resolutions.
  • Collaboration: Demonstrated success working across multiple departments to achieve shared business objectives.
  • Construction & Design Knowledge: Ability to interpret residential construction documentation. Knowledge of 3D visualization or modeling workflows is preferred but not required.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities, processes, and technology.

Physical & Office/Site Presence Requirements:

This is primarily a sedentary office position which requires the incumbent to have the ability to operate computer equipment, speak, hear, bend, stoop, reach, lift, and move and carry up to 25 lbs. Finger dexterity is necessary.

General Overview of Compensation & Benefits:

We reasonably expect the base compensation offered for this position to range from an annual salary of $76,780.44 - $102,374, subject to adjustment based on business-related factors such as employee qualifications, geographic pay differentials (e.g., cost of labor/living, etc.), and operational considerations.
