This role requires exceptional communication skills, strong operational judgment, and the ability to build relationships across multiple teams while maintaining visibility into pipeline performance and driving projects toward successful delivery.\nYour Responsibilities on the Team\nPipeline Management: Monitor the overall health of Visualization Services pipelines, ensuring projects continue moving efficiently and identifying bottlenecks before they impact delivery.\nTimeline Coordination: Maintain visibility into project schedules, proactively monitor milestones, and communicate timeline risks or changes to internal teams and Divisions.\nDivision Partnership: Serve as the primary point of contact for Divisions throughout the project lifecycle, providing proactive communication, managing expectations, and ensuring a consistent customer experience.\nCross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Project Coordinators, Interior Design, Technical Design, Merchandising, Product teams, and external vendors to coordinate work, resolve issues, and maintain project momentum.\nRisk & Escalation Management: Identify operational risks, remove roadblocks, and escalate issues requiring leadership support to minimize impacts to delivery.\nOperational Visibility: Maintain accurate project information and pipeline status within Airtable and other operational tools, providing clear visibility across teams and leadership.\nFamiliarity with 3D visualization workflows is preferred to support effective collaboration with technical teams.\nCustomer Service Excellence: Build trusted relationships with Division partners through timely communication, responsiveness, and a solutions-oriented approach.\nJob Code: LTG171\nContinuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve workflows, communication, customer experience, and operational efficiency while supporting ongoing process enhancements.\nYour Toolbox\nExperience: 3-7+ years of experience in operations, customer success, project coordination, pipeline management, or related fields.\nOperational Coordination: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining visibility across numerous active projects.\nCustomer Relationship Management: Proven ability to build strong relationships and effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.\nTimeline Management: Experience coordinating project schedules, identifying risks, and maintaining operational timelines.\nCommunication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to manage stakeholder expectations and navigate challenging situations professionally.\nOrganization & Attention to Detail: Highly organized with the ability to prioritize effectively while managing multiple moving pieces.\nProblem Solving: Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to proactively identify issues and coordinate timely resolutions.\nCollaboration: Demonstrated success working across multiple departments to achieve shared business objectives.\nConstruction & Design Knowledge: Ability to interpret residential construction documentation.
