Role is based out of our Miami HQ and is onsite.\nCore Accountabilities\nExecutive Talent Sourcing & Market Intelligence\nIdentify and engage executive-level talent through proactive sourcing strategies.\nUse of AI for executive talent mapping and competitor intelligence research.\nBuild and maintain leadership talent pipelines for current and future organizational needs.\nCreate executive market reports, leadership insights, and benchmarking analyses.\nDevelop talent communities and CRM improvements and maintenance.\nExecutive Search Coordination\nCoordinate executive recruiting activities throughout the search lifecycle.\nManage candidate scheduling and executive interview logistics.\nMaintain search documentation, reporting, and recruiting systems.\nEnsure a high-touch, concierge-level executive candidate experience.\nSupport stakeholder communication and search progress reporting.\nExecutive Onboarding & Integration\nCoordinate executive onboarding activities following offer acceptance.\nTrack onboarding milestones and key integration objectives.\nIndustry Networking & Relationship Development\nResearch and identify industry conferences, homebuilding events, leadership forums, and networking opportunities.\nExecutive Recruitment Function Development\nSupport the continuous improvement of executive recruiting methodologies.\nAssist in developing executive search playbooks and best practices.\nRecommend sourcing innovations and process enhancements.\nContribute to executive recruiting metrics, reporting, and operational excellence.\nRequirements\n3 - 6 years of experience (HR, TA, Sourcing, Process Improvement or Talent Intelligence)\nBachelor's Degree (Analytics, Business or HR)\nCertifications (Preferred not required - CRM or Analytics)\nLife at Lennar\nAt Lennar, we are committed to fostering a supportive and enriching environment for our Associates, offering a comprehensive array of benefits designed to enhance their well-being and professional growth.
