The Financial Analyst will be tasked with ensuring the accuracy of financials and delivering reporting to various stakeholders within Lennar. This position will also support team members with financial analysis and reporting to leadership and Corporate department teams.\nYour Responsibilities on the Team\nProvide financial insights and documentation to Lennar stakeholders to support data-driven decision-making for all SG&A and Corp G&A related expenses.\nSupport the monthly forecast process, expense reconciliation, efficiencies initiatives, and analysis.\nEPM / Hyperion / Essbase / E1 / Dashboard reconciliations.\nPreparation and compilation of the monthly executive summary reporting.\nQuarterly financial and operational reporting.\nReview financial transactions to ensure accuracy\nWork cross-functionally with different divisions and departments identify risk and opportunities while also ensuring forecast accuracy.\nDetailed analysis of department processes to identify efficiency and automation opportunities\nYour Toolbox\nBachelor’s degree in finance/accounting, or a related field preferred.\nA minimum of 2+ years of relevant finance or accounting experience or education is required.\nMust have financial data analytical skills and experience in preparing high level reports from raw data.\nExperience with spreadsheet modeling, data visualization, account reconciliation, and analysis.\nProficiency required in Excel (Macros, Pivot Tables, Graph & Advanced Formulas)\nDesired experience using AI resources for process automation\nAbility to read, research, analyze and interpret general accounting data.\nLife at Lennar\nAt Lennar, Everything’s Included in our homes, and Everyone’s Included on our team.
