Lennar has been recognized as a Fortune 500® company and consistently ranked among the top homebuilders in the United States.\nJoin a Company that Empowers you to Build your Future\nThe Sales Contract Coordinator will provide support to the division and the customer in procuring the sale and preparing the sale for the close.\nA career with purpose.\nA career built on making dreams come true.\nA career built on building zero defect homes, cost management, and adherence to schedules.\nYour Responsibilities on the Team\nReview, check and prepare sales contracts for approval.\nEnsure contracts get entered into appropriate reporting and accounting systems.\nEnsure daily, weekly and monthly sales activities are kept up to date and reported on time - sales, cancellations, traffic, etc.\nProvide timely information to the purchasing, construction and sales teams.\nOther activities as assigned related to sales contract processing.\nRequirements\nStrong detail orientation with excellent computer and organizational skills.\nMinimum 2 years’ experience in administrative role. Homebuilding or construction industry preferred.\nBachelor’s Degree preferred. Accounting background a plus.\nComputer proficiency (Microsoft Office with accounting system experience. JD Edwards preferred).\nStrong analytical skills.\nStrong verbal and written communication skills.\nAbility to work with confidential information.\nPhysical & Office/Site Presence Requirements:\nThis is primarily a sedentary office position which requires the incumbent to have the ability to operate computer equipment, speak, hear, bend, stoop, reach, lift, and move and carry up to 25 lbs.
