This role involves preparing feasibility books and interfacing with escrow and title companies, brokers, attorneys, and various consultants. A career with purpose. A career built on building zero defect homes, cost management, and adherence to schedules.\nYour Responsibilities on the Team\nProvide administrative support to department managers.\nMaintain and organize land acquisition files.\nTrack and manage land opportunities as needed.\nAssist in coordinating and communicating with legal counsel, architects, brokers, and consultants during acquisition efforts.\nMonitor and maintain deposit payments and escrow schedules.\nTrack due diligence budgets and expedite invoice payments.\nOrganize and maintain market research files and reports.\nManage incoming and outgoing mail and faxes.\nMake minor adjustments to financial proformas as needed.\nDistribute internal feasibility memos and schedule and monitor feasibility meetings.\nPrepare collateral materials (aerial photos, maps, exhibits, etc.).\nAssemble, format, and distribute feasibility folders.\nCoordinate market research for opportunities.\nMonitor market consultants’ schedules and reports.\nProvide project-specific market data.\nCoordinate with escrow and title companies for new acquisitions.\nPrepare and execute close-out documents.\nFile and maintain escrow and title documents.\nPerform all other duties as assigned.\nRequirements\n3-5 years of experience with a home-builder, developer, or real estate-related company.\nHigh school diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.\nProfessional work ethic with strong organizational and interpersonal skills. Excellent math, written, and oral communication skills.\nUnrestricted motor vehicle license.\nProficient in Microsoft Word and Excel; JD Edwards systems experience preferred.\nHome building or title company experience strongly preferred.\nAbility to manage priorities under pressure.\nRegular attendance and punctuality required.\nAbility to follow directions from a supervisor.\nEffective interaction with co-workers.\nUnderstanding and adherence to work rules and procedures.\nAbility to accept constructive criticism.\nPhysical & Office/Site Presence Requirements:\nThis is primarily a sedentary office position which requires the ability to occasionally bend, stoop, reach, lift, move and carry office supplies weighing 25 pounds or less.
