This role focuses on driving consistency, operational excellence, and continuous improvement while supporting business operations at scale.\nA career with purpose.\nA career built on making dreams come true.\nA career built on building zero defect homes, cost management, and adherence to schedules.\nYour Responsibilities on the Team\nDefine and execute an Onsite IT support strategy that aligns with enterprise goals and supports business growth.\nLead and manage a team of Onsite IT technicians, ensuring consistent and reliable support across Division and Field Offices.\nDrive standardization, operational excellence, and continuous improvement across all supported locations.\nEstablish and track KPIs to measure performance, promote accountability, and ensure adherence to defined SLAs for incident resolution and service delivery.\nProvide mentorship, coaching, and development opportunities to technicians to build a high-performing and resilient team.\nCollaborate with cross-functional IT teams including Infrastructure, Security, Engineering, and Service Desk to deliver integrated, end-to-end solutions.\nServe as a key execution partner for enterprise IT initiatives, ensuring successful implementation at the Division and Field Office level.\nPromote governance and adherence to enterprise IT policies, SOPs, and frameworks such as ITIL and ISO 27001.\nAct as an advocate for field needs and represent Onsite IT perspectives in planning and execution discussions.\nDrive the creation and maintenance of operational documentation, including knowledge articles and onboarding materials, to support scalable and repeatable processes.\nChampion a culture of collaboration, accountability, and customer-focused service across the team.\nRequirements\n5+ years of relevant experience, including lead or supervisory experience.\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent certification preferred.\nITIL certification preferred.\nAdditional Skills\nKnowledge of IT service design, implementation, and operations.\nMust be able to learn, understand, and apply new technologies.\nStrong strategic thinking paired with hands-on operational oversight.\nEffective presentation and communication skills.\nBasic financial planning and budgeting experience.\nSolid understanding of project management principles and technical infrastructure fundamentals.\nExperience integrating security methods and requirements into IT operations.\nAbility to manage IT services to defined Service Level Agreements.\nUnderstanding of Disaster Recovery methods and processes.\nComfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with shifting priorities.\nResponds to project adjustments and changes promptly and efficiently.\nFlexible and adaptable during times of change.\nAbility to work effectively with individuals across a broad range of disciplines and communication styles.\nStrong collaboration and relationship-building skills with peers, leadership, and business partners.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\nStrong interpersonal, organizational, and operational skill sets.\nAbility to research and evaluate technical solutions and project-related issues.\nWillingness and ability to learn and apply new technologies.\nStrong customer service focus.\nAbility to prioritize and execute tasks effectively in a high-pressure environment.\nTenacious, driven, energetic, and demonstrates a high degree of professional integrity.\nAbility to follow direction, accept constructive feedback, and work collaboratively with supervisors and peers.\nTravel Requirements\nUp to 25%\nPhysical & Office/Site Presence Requirements\nThis is primarily a sedentary office position requiring the ability to operate computer equipment; speak and hear; bend, stoop, and reach; and lift, move, and carry up to 25 lbs.
