Our product teams own their services from design through production and operate in a self-service model, consuming capabilities from central platform teams - golden-path IDP templates, shared CI/CD pipelines, and reusable infrastructure modules. You'll own well-scoped projects end-to-end and be expected to self-enable using this platform tooling rather than waiting on hand-offs.\nYour Responsibilities on the Team\nDesign, build, and ship full-stack features using TypeScript/React on the front end and Go on the backend.\n\nDevelop and maintain ServiceNow applications, integrations, and workflows that support your product domain.\n\nScaffold and provision new services using IDP templates (e.g., Backstage golden paths) and platform-provided self-service capabilities.\n\nBuild and maintain your team's CI/CD workflows on shared pipeline foundations (GitHub Actions or similar).\n\nProvision and manage your product's infrastructure using platform-provided Terraform modules and IaC practices.\n\nDesign and build agentic and AI product capabilities - AI agents, MCP servers, and LLM-powered features - ideally leveraging AWS Bedrock.\n\nProvide constructive code reviews and help mentor junior engineers.\n\nRequirements\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.\n\n2-5 years of professional software development experience.\n\nProficiency in TypeScript and React, with a track record of shipping production front-end code.\n\nProfessional experience with a compiled backend language; Go strongly preferred.\n\nSolid understanding of REST APIs, relational databases, and distributed systems fundamentals.\n\nComfort operating in a DevOps/self-service model: you build it, you run it.\n\nStrong communication skills and the ability to work independently on defined projects.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nServiceNow development experience (scripting, Flow Designer, integrations) - highly preferred.\n\nHands-on CI/CD experience with GitHub Actions or similar - highly preferred.\n\nHands-on infrastructure-as-code experience with Terraform or similar - highly preferred.\n\nExperience working with internal developer portals such as Backstage (consuming templates, service catalogs, golden paths).\n\nExperience building agentic or AI workloads (AI agents, MCP servers, LLM integrations); experience with AWS Bedrock is a significant plus.\n\nLife at Lennar\nAt Lennar, we are committed to fostering a supportive and enriching environment for our Associates, offering a comprehensive array of benefits designed to enhance their well-being and professional growth.
