This role goes beyond traditional business analysis: the ideal candidate will partner directly with leadership on priorities and special projects, represent leadership in meetings and decision-making forums, and lead and mentor junior analysts. Success in this role requires deep experience gathering and documenting complex requirements, sharp analytical judgment, and the credibility to influence both technical teams and business stakeholders.\nKey Responsibilities\nStrategic Partnership & Leadership\nServe as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to leadership, helping set priorities, drive special projects, and represent leadership in meetings and cross-functional decision-making.\nLead, mentor, and review the work of junior and mid-level business analysts, setting documentation and process standards across the team.\nAct as a liaison between technical teams, business stakeholders, and executive leadership, translating between technical and strategic conversations.\nManage project timelines, deliverables, and risk mitigation for key initiatives, escalating and resolving blockers proactively.\nCore Business Analysis\nGather, analyze, and document complex business and technical requirements by working closely with stakeholders, developers, and testers.\nDevelop and maintain advanced technical documentation, including functional specifications, system design documents, process flows, and user guides.\nDesign, review, and execute comprehensive test strategies, test cases, test scripts, and test scenarios to validate system functionality and business requirements.\nConduct gap analysis, risk assessments, and impact analysis for major system enhancements and process changes.\nLead requirement-gathering sessions, stakeholder workshops, and sprint planning.\nOversee user acceptance testing (UAT) end-to-end, including test plans, defect tracking, and issue resolution.\nDrive continuous process improvement and adoption of best practices across the analyst function.\nProvide training, coaching, and support to end users and junior staff on new system functionalities and enhancements.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.\n3-5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, including experience mentoring or leading other analysts and a track record partnering directly with senior leadership or executives.\nProficiency in writing functional specifications, user stories, and system documentation.\nStrong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.\nExperience with testing tools and techniques, including manual and automated testing processes.\nAbility to lead and influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders without direct authority.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills, including experience presenting to executive audiences.\nStrong proficiency in tools such as Jira, GitHub, Confluence, Miro, Visio, and Microsoft Office Suite.\nAbility to work independently, manage competing priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with SQL and data analysis tools.\nKnowledge of API testing and integration testing.\nExperience with RPA tools such as UiPath; exposure to Blue Prism a plus\nPrior experience in title insurance, real estate, or financial services.\nCertifications such as CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or PMI-PBA (Professional in Business Analysis).\nLife at Lennar\nAt Lennar, we are committed to fostering a supportive and enriching environment for our Associates, offering a comprehensive array of benefits designed to enhance their well-being and professional growth.
