You will lead the design, development, and evolution of enterprise-grade applications, integrations, and MCP servers. This role requires a hands-on leader to deliver scalable, secure, and business-aligned AI infrastructure on AWS.\nYour Responsibilities on the Team\nLead the architecture, design, and implementation of full-stack systems using TypeScript/React and Go.\nDrive your team's adoption of legal, compliance, and procurement platform capabilities - IDP templates (e.g., Backstage), shared CI/CD pipelines, and Terraform modules - and establish team standards on top of them.\nPartner with central platform teams: provide feedback, influence roadmaps, and contribute improvements to shared templates and modules where appropriate.\nLead the development of agentic and AI product capabilities - AI agents, MCP servers, and LLM-powered features - ideally leveraging AWS Bedrock, Claude, and OpenAI.\nOwn production readiness for your team's services: observability, reliability, security, and performance.\nMentor and develop engineers through design reviews, pairing, and technical guidance.\nPartner with product stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.\nDeploy infrastructure-as-code using Terraform or CloudFormation.\nInstrument observability using OpenTelemetry tracing and structured JSON logging.\nConduct technical design reviews and architecture governance.\nTransfer knowledge to the platform team through live sessions and documentation.\nRequirements\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.\n5+ years of professional software development experience, including ownership of production systems at scale.\nExpert-level proficiency in TypeScript and React, and strong backend experience with Go.\nDeep understanding of system design, API architecture, security, and performance optimization.\nProven success operating in a DevOps/self-service environment where product teams own their infrastructure and delivery pipelines.\nDemonstrated technical leadership: driving projects end-to-end, setting standards, and mentoring engineers.\nExcellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.\nExperience with ServiceNow, Legal, Compliance and Procurement systems/applications\nDeep CI/CD expertise (GitHub Actions or similar) - highly preferred.\nStrong infrastructure-as-code expertise (Terraform or similar) - highly preferred.\nExperience self-serving through internal developer portals such as Backstage (golden paths, software templates, service catalogs).\nProduction experience building agentic/AI systems (AI agents, MCP servers, LLM applications); hands-on AWS Bedrock experience is a strong differentiator.\nPython Mastery: 5+ years of production Python using async frameworks like FastAPI or Starlette.\nTypeScript/React and Go\nAWS Infrastructure: Deep knowledge of IAM role chaining, Secrets Manager, ECR, and VPC networking.\nAI & Agentic Systems: Hands-on experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP) and AWS Bedrock AgentCore.\nIdentity & Security: Advanced OAuth 2.0/OIDC execution, including On-Behalf-Of flows and JWT validation.\nPlatform Engineering: Experience authoring Spotify Backstage templates and GitHub Actions CI/CD pipelines.\nEnterprise Integration: Proven history of integrating complex REST APIs such as Workday, Salesforce, or ServiceNow.\nLife at Lennar\nAt Lennar, we are committed to fostering a supportive and enriching environment for our Associates, offering a comprehensive array of benefits designed to enhance their well-being and professional growth.
