As a Sr Software Engineer, you will design, build, and support enterprise-grade ServiceNow solutions spanning IT Service Management (ITSM), Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD) & Enterprise workflows\nThis role requires a hands-on engineer who combines strong ServiceNow platform expertise with full stack development skills to deliver custom applications, modern user experiences, and enterprise integrations.\nResponsibilities include working closely with the product management team to ensure we deliver the best user experiences.\nYour Responsibilities on the Team\nDesign, develop, and maintain ServiceNow solutions across ITSM and HRSD.\nBuild custom applications on the ServiceNow Platform using App Studio.\nDesign and architect ServiceNow integrations using Integration Hub, custom APIs, and enterprise integration patterns.\nDevelop and maintain advanced scripts, Script Includes, Business Rules, and Client Scripts.\nDesign and orchestrate complex workflows using Flow Designer.\nBuild modern, intuitive user experiences using UI Builder and Next Experience.\nDevelop and maintain custom portal widgets on Employee Center pro.\nConfigure and support Playbooks to guide agents through structured processes.\nFull stack development beyond ServiceNow Platform using moderns frameworks for Front end and backend development.\nSupport adoption of NowAssist and other ServiceNow AI capabilities to reduce manual effort and improve service outcomes.\nEnsure data security, role-based access, and compliance across platform solutions.\nPartner with architects, product owners, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.\nParticipate in code reviews, technical design discussions, and platform governance.\nPromote a supportive and collaborative teamwork environment across diverse groups.\nRequirements\nCore Platform Skills\nServiceNow Platform development and administration\nIT Service Management (ITSM)\nITOM Fundamentals\nAdvanced ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Script Includes, Business Rules, Client Scripts)\nFlow Designer and advanced workflow orchestration\nSpecialized Expertise\nHuman Resources Service Delivery (HRSD)\nCustom application development using ServiceNow App Studio\nIntegration Hub and enterprise integrations\nUI Builder and Next Experience\nPlaybook experience\nNowAssist - Fundamentals\nFull Stack Development Skills\nFront-end development (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern frameworks)\nBack-end development and REST/SOAP API integration\nDatabase design and query skills (SQL/NoSQL)\nVersion control and CI/CD practices (e.g., Git)\nEducation and Experience Requirements\n6+ years of overall IT experience\n4+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience\nProven experience with both ServiceNow platform development and Full Stack development\nExperience delivering ServiceNow solutions across ITSM and/or HRSD\nExcellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills\nPhysical & Office/Site Presence Requirements:\nThis is primarily a sedentary office position which requires the incumbent to have the ability to operate computer equipment, speak, hear, bend, stoop, reach, lift, and move and carry up to 25 lbs.
