Ensure that safe work practices are followed, and the environment is fully protected in accordance with Company policy and governmental regulations.\nCommitment to the Company’s policies, principles, and procedures and adheres the Company’s procedures including Environmental, Health and Safety (“EH&S”), Equal Employment Opportunity (“EEO”), discipline/corrective action, and security.\nSelects and packages products for shipment based on customer orders.\nUses technology, including smartphones and handheld devices, to sort, scan, and prepare orders.\nSurveys items for possible damage or defects before shipment.\nFills customer orders promptly by reviewing order forms to ascertain scan numbers, sizes, colors, and merchandise quantities.\nHandles, installs, positions, and moves materials to optimize inventory and meet customer orders.\nOperates automated, computerized, or robotic picking and packing systems.\nAttaches identification information, including pricing, to products or containers.\nCompares invoices to items received to ensure that incoming shipments are correct.\nRequisitions merchandise from suppliers based on available space, inventory, or customer demand.\nKeeps products separated, organized, and in good rotation.\nFollows safety protocols and reports problems to mitigate safety issues.\nOperates various pieces of equipment, such as palletizers, dolly loaders, pallet wrappers, forklifts, and electrical pallet jacks.\nUtilizes a continuous improvement mindset and assists in identifying opportunities to improve processes.\nStocks shelves and racks with new or transferred merchandise and maintains products in an organized manner to facilitate inventory and shipping processes.\nDisposes of damaged, defective, excess, or obsolete stock items or return them to vendors.\nAnswers customer questions about shipments and deliveries.\nFiles receipts and tracks orders using order fulfillment software.\nMaintains a clean, sanitary, and safe work area.\nPerforms other duties as assigned.\nWhat We Are Looking For\nAdditional Requirements\nAbility to operate various types of materials handling equipment including:Hand trucks\nPallet jacks\nForklifts - Stand-up/Sit-down\nOrder/Cherry picker \nBendi Forklift experience a plus\nTurret Truck experience a plus\n\nMust be comfortable using equipment and elevating to heights ranging from 18ft to 30ft\nMust be flexible - OT and weekend are required as needed\nMust be able to read and write in English \nBasic math & computer skills\nMust be a team player with a positive attitude and great work ethic whether they are working with others or working unsupervised.\nEducation \nHigh school diploma or equivalent.\nExperience \nA minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in warehouse environment preferred\nPhysical Requirements - Essential\nMust be in good physical condition\nMust be able to stand and/or bend for long periods of time (Varied based on daily tasks)\nMust be able to lift up to 50 lbs\nMust have good hand/eye coordination.\nWhat We Offer\nCompensation: This is an hourly non-exempt role. The starting pay range for this role and market is between $17.00-$22.00/hour. Factors that may affect starting pay include geography/market, and the skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
