We have recently expanded our capabilities as a single source supplier by adding a Mechanical Services Division as well as becoming a Misc. Steel manufacturer. These new services will reduce construction costs and eliminate coordination with multiple suppliers and subcontractors. Our focus will be to enhance the services provided to our General Contractor network nationwide. AES has 4 different fabrication facility locations nationwide to assist our customers and reduce their freight cost and shipment lead times.\nWhat Drives Success\nAn Assembler (I) for Lennox AES at our Reno, NV location plays a crucial role in our production process by preparing components and assembling parts to create our finished products. They follow detailed instructions, blueprints, or diagrams to ensure the accurate and efficient creation of products. They will be responsible for painting, finishing, and/or insulating products.\nDuties include, but are not limited to:\nFollow detailed instructions, blueprints, or diagrams to assemble components or products.\nUse hand tools, power tools, and other equipment to perform assembly tasks.\nInspect and verify the quality of assembled products to ensure they meet specified standards.\nIdentify and report any defects or issues with components or finished products.\nAdhere to safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment.\nCommunicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding any issues or concerns.\nCollaborate with other departments to coordinate workflow and resolve issues.\nMay perform other limited assembly, fabrication, production, or operator tasks of a standard nature. \n\nWhat We Are Looking For\nAbility to stand for extended periods.\nManual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.\nAbility to lift and move moderate to heavy objects up to 50 pounds.\nAble to learn how to operate basic machinery (ex. Waterjet).\nAble to paint and work with insulation.\nEducation/Experience:\nRequires a high school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience.\nBasic knowledge of hand and power tools.\nAbility to read and interpret blueprints, tape measures, diagrams, or assembly instructions.\nAttention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.\nBasic understanding of safety protocols in a manufacturing environment.\nWhat We Offer\nCompensation: This is an hourly non-exempt role. The starting pay range for this role is $20.00 hour. Factors that may affect starting pay include geography/market, and the skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
