Come, stay, and grow with us.\nJob Description\nThe Transportation Analyst will be responsible for driving the implementation and compliance of Advance Ship Notices (ASN) across Lennox suppliers and transportation service providers. This role will work closely with vendors, sourcing teams, logistics service providers, and IT teams to ensure accurate and timely shipment visibility through ASN adoption.\nThe position requires strong coordination, follow-up, and analytical skills to identify implementation gaps, support issue resolution, and improve transportation data accuracy and supply chain visibility.\nCoordinate with vendors to ensure ASN requirements are understood and followed during shipment execution. \nWork closely with cross-functional teams including IT, Sourcing, Logistics, Transportation Operations, and Supply Chain to support ASN integration and process compliance. \nMonitor ASN compliance and proactively follow up with suppliers to resolve gaps and exceptions. \nAnalyze shipment and transportation data to ensure timely and accurate shipment visibility. \nSupport transportation process improvements by identifying opportunities to enhance ASN adoption and operational efficiency. \nTrack implementation milestones and prepare status reports for management review. \nInvestigate and resolve ASN-related issues impacting shipment processing and inventory visibility. \nDevelop and maintain process documentation, training materials, and compliance reports. \nCollaborate with stakeholders to standardize transportation processes and improve vendor performance. \nEnsure adherence to established service-level agreements (SLAs) and compliance requirements \nQualifications\n2 to 3 years of experience in Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain Operations, or Vendor Management. \nExperience working with suppliers, carriers, or third-party logistics providers. \nExperience in transportation systems, ASN processes, EDI transactions, or supply chain integrations is preferred. \nPrior experience in process improvement and project coordination is an advantage. \nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills. \nExcellent verbal and written communication skills. \nAbility to work independently while managing multiple priorities. \nStrong stakeholder management and coordination capabilities. \nResults-oriented with a proactive approach to issue resolution and process improvement","description_format":"text","description_chars":2927,"description_truncated":false,"requirements":{"experience_years_min":2,"management_years_min":null,"team_size_min":null,"manages_managers":false,"education":null,"security_clearance":false,"languages":[]},"benefits":[],"hiring_locations":[],"hiring_excludes":[],"relocation_offered":false,"industries":["Transportation & Logistics","Logistics","Manufacturing","Smart Home Devices"],"lifecycle":[{"event":"open","at":"2026-09-25T23:27:39Z"}],"liveness":{"score":90,"band":"hot","label":"Hiring now","p_open":1,"p_active":0.903,"p_room":1,"age_days":1,"expected_fill_days":13,"reasons":["conf:16","velocity","win:early","comp:junior,brand"],"computed_at":"2026-09-27T05:45:00Z"},"pay":null,"html_url":"https://alion.io/job/lennox-associate-logistics","json_url":"https://alion.io/job/lennox-associate-logistics.json","meta":{"generated_at":"2026-09-28T02:36:58Z","cache_seconds":300,"methodology":"https://alion.io/methodology","terms":"https://alion.io/terms","contact":"https://alion.io/contact","api":"https://alion.io/developers","usage":{"tier":"crawler","counted_by":"address","units_charged":1,"used_today":1346,"day_limit":5000,"remaining_today":3654,"minute_limit":60,"resets_at":"2026-09-29T00:00:00Z"}}}
