Note: benefits may vary depending on the position and are subject to change.\nWhat Drives Success\nDuties Include, But Are Not Limited To\nResponsible for gathering information and executing billing for clients\nEnsures accuracy of the billing process in accordance to client contracts and compliance with internal & external controls requirements\nWorks across departments concerning billing queries\nIdentify, analyze and communicate any client billing issues to Billing Manager\nSupport Billing Manager in proactively identifying process issues and implementing billing process changes as necessary\nIs the subject matter expert for the Billing software\nEnsure that all processes and controls are in place to facilitate accurate revenue recognition\nProvide analysis support for the financial month end closing\nWhat We Are Looking For\nHigh School Diploma or GED\nStrong accounting and finance knowledge is required\nMinimum of three years customer service\nAbility to learn and understand technical terminology.\nMust be able to work in a fast-paced goal-oriented environment.\nAble to handle multiple tasks, stay organized, and focused on details.\nHVAC knowledge/experience preferred\nAttention to detail and commitment to accuracy\nComputer skills and proficiency in MS Office software\nSuperior teamwork and problem solving skills\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills, including effective listening skills.\nAbility to establish and maintain harmonious working relationships with co-workers\nWhat We Offer\nCompensation: This is a salaried non-exempt role. This means that employees are paid a salary and also receive overtime pay when they work more than 40 hours in a week (or as otherwise required by state law). The starting salary range for this role and market is between $35,000 - $42,000 annually.
