Come, stay, and grow with us.\nWhat Drives Success\nThe Controls Engineer IV designs, modification, evaluation, and execution of complex controls test engineering activities. This role works closely with engineering teams to define, document, analyze, perform, and interpret tests for products, systems, components, and modifications. The position identifies functional issues, recommends solutions, and supports the development and maintenance of internal quality and reliability standards.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead the design, modification, and evaluation of complex controls / test engineering activities. \nCollaborate with engineering teams to define, document, analyze, perform, and interpret tests for products, systems, components, and modifications. \nDevelop and execute test plans to evaluate controls functionality, performance, and reliability. \nIdentify functional problems and recommend effective resolutions. \nAnalyze test cases and results to support engineering decisions and product improvements. \nSupport the development and maintenance of internal quality control standards and reliability programs. \nMonitor testing progress and provide regular status and progress reports. \nApply engineering knowledge and sound judgment to plan and accomplish project and testing objectives. \nProvide technical guidance and may lead or direct the work of others as needed. \nApply creativity and technical expertise to resolve complex controls and testing challenges. \nWhat We Are Looking For\nBachelor's degree in Engineering or an Engineering Technology/Technical discipline. \nMinimum of 8 years of related engineering experience. \nExpert knowledge of controls engineering concepts, practices, and procedures. \nExtensive experience applying engineering judgment to plan and accomplish technical goals. \nExperience with PLCs, HMIs, and industrial robots is preferred. \nExperience with executing backup plans and obsolescence analysis is preferred \nAbility to analyze complex technical issues, evaluate test results, and develop effective solutions. \nAbility to work effectively with cross-functional engineering teams. \nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. \nAbility to work in a manufacturing environment, including standing and walking for extended periods \nOccasional lifting of up to 25 lbs \nAbility to navigate production floors and interact with equipment and teams \nWhat We Offer\nCompensation: This is a salaried exempt role. The starting salary range for this role and market is between $116,000 - $152,000 annually. Factors that may affect starting salary include geography/market and the skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Employees in this role are also eligible for an annual bonus in accordance with the terms of the Company’s applicable plan.
