Their state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities in the cities of Stone Mountain and Tifton, Georgia, produce evaporators, condensers, compressor racks, and other top-quality refrigeration products for their five market-leading brands: Bohn, Larkin, Climate Control, Chandler, and InterLink. Heatcraft products are primarily used to preserve food and other perishables in supermarkets, convenience stores, restaurants, warehouses and distribution centers, in addition to other applications such as data centers, pharmaceutical and industrial process cooling.\nWhat Drives Success\nLocation: Tifton-100% Onsite\nAs theCycle Count Supervisor, you will supervise the daily activities of the inventory control staff and be responsible for evaluating inventory needs and implementing strategies to meet those needs. The supervisor also ensures adequate levels of material and product inventories are maintained and manages the scrap recovery process.\nSupervises the daily activities of the Cycle Count staff. \nEnsures adequate levels of material and product inventories are maintained. \nResponsible for evaluating inventory needs and implementing strategies to meet those needs.\nResearches supply and inventory problems.\nAnalyzes inventory variances to minimize inventory costs.\nDevelops detailed inventory scenarios and identifies trends.\nAssists with leading evaluation of on-site inventories.\nEnsure compliance and adherence of scrap process.\nPinpoint scrap root causes and partner with production to eliminate future waste.\nSchedule, monitor, and reconcile all scrap recovery.\nWhat We Are Looking For\nBachelor's degree is preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience.\nRequires at least 5 years related experience.\nRequires strong analytical skills, thorough knowledge of inventory processes and strong command over mathematics and statistical tools used in analysis process. \nMust be effective in prioritizing activities and addressing details. \nMust have strong organization and problem-solving skills. \nRequires extensive knowledge of typical operations in manufacturing organizations and their dependency on the inventory. \nMust have strong written and verbal communication skills. \nAble to use MS Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.\nPreferred SAP transactional experience.\nPreferred Cycle Count experience.\nWhat We Offer\nCompensation: This is a salaried exempt role. The starting salary range for this role and market is between $66,000-$87,000 annually. Factors that may affect starting salary include geography/market and the skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Employees in this role are also eligible for an annual bonus in accordance with the terms of the Company’s applicable plan.
