Come, stay, and grow with us.\nWhat Drives Success\nAs a Demand Planner III, you will work with cross functional teams to develop and maintain a demand (sales) forecast for finished goods to drive financial and inventory decisions. You will positively impact the overall sales and customer service by developing new and innovative methods of analyzing data, identifying process improvement opportunities and determining which methods to apply.\nKey Responsibilities\nForecasting & Planning\nAnalyze historical data, market trends, seasonality, and business inputs to generate accurate demand projections\nIncorporate multiple data inputs (e.g., sales trends, promotions, inventory targets, and AI/ML forecasts) into planning processes\nDevelop and manage statistical and judgmental demand forecasts across assigned product categories\nLead forecast review cycles and identify key exceptions, risks, and opportunities\nMonitor forecast accuracy, bias, and key performance indicators; drive continuous improvement initiatives\nCross Functional Collaboration\nWork closely with Product Management and Sales to incorporate customer intelligence, pipeline data, and new product forecasts.\nCollaborate with Supply Chain to ensure demand signals support inventory optimization and service-level targets.\nReporting & Analytics\nProvide regular reports on forecast accuracy, inventory health, and service level performance.\nUse ERP and planning tools (SAP, IBP, Oracle, or similar) for data analysis and execution.\nDevelops new and innovative methods of analyzing data and determines which methods to apply.\nWhat Will Make You Stand Out:\nExperience improving forecast accuracy, inventory turnover, and OTIF performance\nAbility to influence cross-functional stakeholders and present insights to leadership\nProven track record of turning complex data into clear, actionable recommendations\nWhat We Are Looking For\nRequires a Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience, preferable in Supply Chain/Logistics Management or Business Administration. Masters Degree preferred.\nRequires at least 5 years Supply Chain experience, with at least 2 years Demand Planning.\nRequires a broad understanding of statistical methodologies, strong abilities in forecasting and maintaining demand planning systems, and strong skills with SAP IBP or another advanced planning system.\nBroad knowledge of Supply Chain Management and working in a consensus, Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) environment.\nGood understanding of best practices in demand planning.\nExcellent verbal and written communication, presentation and training skills.\nAbility to multi-task and work effectively in a fast-paced, high volume environment.\nStrong analytical and problem solving skills, attention to detail, and solid Customer Relations skills.\nProficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access.\nThis position will need to be located at the Richardson, TX Headquarters office.\nPlease note that this position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship now or in the future. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.\nWhat We Offer\nCompensation: This is a salaried exempt role. The starting salary range for this role and market is between $83,000 - $109,000 annually. Factors that may affect starting salary include geography/market and the skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Employees in this role are also eligible for an annual bonus in accordance with the terms of the Company’s applicable plan.
