This role will act as the bridge between Sourcing, IT, and Data/Analytics teams, owning the roadmap for systems enhancement, data integrity, and AI enablement.\nThe ideal candidate will ensure that sourcing processes are digitally enabled, data is trusted and governed, and advanced analytics/AI tools are effectively embedded to drive value creation and decision-making confidence among sourcing managers.\nDUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:\n Sourcing Technology & Systems Ownership\nOwn and continuously enhance sourcing tools and platforms (e.g., ERP, eSourcing, contract lifecycle management, spend analytics tools).\nPartner with IT to define, prioritize, and deliver system enhancements aligned with sourcing needs.\nServe as the product owner for sourcing-related systems, ensuring usability, scalability, and adoption.\nDrive system integrations across procurement, finance, and supplier ecosystems.\nData Accuracy, Governance & Master Data Management\nEstablish and enforce data governance frameworks for sourcing and supplier data.\nEnsure high data quality across spend, supplier, contract, and performance datasets.\nDefine standards for data taxonomy, classification, and reporting consistency.\nPartner with IT and data teams to implement data validation, cleansing, and automation workflows.\nAct as a steward for sourcing data, ensuring single source of truth across systems.\nProcess Excellence & Continuous Improvement\nMap, standardize, and optimize sourcing processes across categories and regions.\nIdentify inefficiencies and lead process re-engineering initiatives leveraging automation and digital tools.\nDevelop and track KPIs related to cycle times, compliance, and data quality.\nDrive adoption of best practices and ensure alignment with enterprise procurement policies.\nLead change management efforts to embed new tools and processes within sourcing teams.\nServe as project manager for projects from developing charter to launch.\nAI & Advanced Analytics Enablement\nDefine and execute a roadmap to integrate AI/ML-driven insights into sourcing workflows.\nCollaborate with data science and IT teams to deploy use cases such as:\nPredictive spend analytics\nSupplier risk modeling\nMarket intelligence automation\nNegotiation insights and scenario modeling\nEnsure sourcing managers trust and actively use AI-driven insights by improving data reliability and transparency.\nEvaluate emerging technologies and tools to continuously advance sourcing capabilities.\n Cross-Functional Collaboration\nAct as the primary liaison between Sourcing, IT, Finance, and Data/Analytics teams.\nTranslate business requirements into technical solutions and vice versa.\nSupport sourcing managers with actionable insights, dashboards, and reporting tools.\nFacilitate governance forums to align priorities, track progress, and manage stakeholders.\n#LI-SJ1 #LI-onsite\nWhat We Are Looking For\nBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Information Systems, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).\n10+ years of experience in sourcing/procurement, with strong exposure to digital tools and data analytics.\nProven experience working closely with IT teams on system implementations or enhancements.\nStrong understanding of data governance, master data management, and reporting frameworks.\nExperience with sourcing/procurement platforms (e.g., SAP Ariba, Coupa, Oracle, Jaggaer, etc.).\nDemonstrated ability to lead process improvement and change management initiatives.\nExperience with AI/ML or advanced analytics tools in a procurement or supply chain context.\nKnowledge of automation technologies (RPA, workflow tools).\nFamiliarity with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).\nStrong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into business value.\nStrategic thinker and data-driven decision maker with a strong execution focus.\nStrong stakeholder management and influencing skills.\nSystems-oriented mindset with attention to detail.\nContinuous improvement and innovation mindset.\nWhat We Offer\nCompensation: This is a salaried exempt role. The starting salary range for this role and market is between $131,000 - $172,200 annually. This position is also eligible for the Short Term Incentive (STI) bonus program with a target payout of 15%. Factors that may affect starting salary include geography/market and the skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Employees in this role are also eligible for an annual bonus in accordance with the terms of the Company’s applicable plan.
