This role focuses on safely coordinating people, materials, and schedules to meet production goals while maintaining quality standards and controlling costs. The supervisor leads by example, supports their team, and ensures smooth operations across the shift.\nShift: 1st Shift\nKey Responsibilities\nAssign, coordinate, and oversee daily work activities to maximize productivity and meet production targets\n\nSupervise hourly employees and manage day-to-day operations\n\nPrepare and maintain shift logs, time sheets, production summaries, and overtime/downtime reports\n\nInspect products and processes to ensure quality and production specifications are met\n\nReview production schedules and evaluate material, equipment, and manpower needs\n\nAssign employees strategically to maintain quality, efficiency, and output requirements\n\nIdentify opportunities for improvement and recommend changes to materials, equipment, or processes\n\nMaintain accurate production records and documentation related to schedules and performance\n\nTrain and onboard new employees on operating procedures, safety expectations, and quality standards\n\nSupport a safe, respectful, and accountable work environment\n\nWhat We Are Looking For\nHigh school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience\n\nMinimum of 5 years of related manufacturing\n\nProven ability to lead and motivate employees in a production environment\n\nStrong work record with demonstrated reliability and accountability\n\nGood judgment and the ability to handle employee matters with tact and professionalism\n\nStrong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization\n\nWhat We Offer\nCompensation: This is a salaried exempt role. The starting salary range for this role and market is between $68,000 - $89,000 annually. Factors that may affect starting salary include geography/market and the skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Employees in this role are also eligible for an annual bonus in accordance with the terms of the Company’s applicable plan.
