The analyst supports strategic initiatives including more complex reporting, planning and analysis of Lennox global expenditures and initiatives.\nWHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:\nProcess Owner for MCR (Material Cost Reduction) Scorecards and Project Reviews, including leading updates in monthly business review and engineering synch meeting\nProject reviews include planning, analysis, and insights in support of project governance requirements and stakeholder transparency needs\nMaintain and ensure the accuracy of financial databases, and monitor and action project backlog\nRespond to ad-hoc questions from leadership and other cross functional teams\nSupport development of financial models and other analytical tools to enhance efficiency of business tools and processes\nProvide training on MCR requirements and process improvement needs\nCoach less-experienced financial analysts as needed\nWhat We Are Looking For\nWHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:\nRequires a bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.\nRequires at least 5 years related experience.Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, Excel and database tools like BW, Access, PowerBI and Databricks.\nKnowledge of enterprise systems (e.g. SAP, Hyperion, Databricks) preferred.\nGood interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.\nWhat We Offer\nCompensation: This is a salaried exempt role. The starting salary range for this role and market is between $82,000 - $108,150 annually. Factors that may affect starting salary include geography/market and the skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Employees in this role are also eligible for an annual bonus in accordance with the terms of the Company’s applicable plan.
