Come, stay, and grow with us.\nWhat Drives Success\nThe HR Operations & Recruiting Coordinator supports hourly recruiting and onboarding at Lennox, ensuring each step is timely, accurate, compliant, and candidate-focused. This role helps move requisitions, offers, and onboarding activity forward while delivering a welcoming, professional experience from approval through the new hire’s first day.\nKey Responsibilities:\nCoordinate hourly recruiting activity and ensure requisitions follow the required approval workflow.\nPost approved hourly roles in iCIMS and selected job boards accurately and consistently.\nScreen candidates using standardized, role-specific questions to confirm minimum qualifications and fit.\nPresent qualified candidates to Hiring Managers in a clear, structured format.\nCoordinate offer approvals in line with hourly hiring practices, compensation guidelines, and internal workflows.\nPrepare and extend timely, accurate offers with responsive candidate communication.\nEnsure hourly new hires complete required pre-employment onboarding steps.\nPartner with HR and Hiring Managers to confirm background checks, onboarding forms, and I-9 requirements are complete before day one.\nProvide a positive, professional candidate experience that reflects operational excellence and people-first service.\nWhat We Are Looking For\nExperience and Qualifications:\nRequires a two year degree in Human Resources or an equivalent education and experience.\n5+ years of related experience in HR coordination, recruiting coordination, talent acquisition support, or a similar people-focused operations role.\nSpanish fluency preferred.\nApplicant Tracking System experience required; iCIMS preferred.\nStrong knowledge of recruiting workflows, offer coordination, onboarding, and hiring administration.\nFamiliarity with employment eligibility, Form I-9 compliance, and background check processes.\nHighly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple requisitions, priorities, and deadlines.\nStrong communication skills and a professional, service-oriented approach with candidates, HR partners, and Hiring Managers.\nProactive team player who takes ownership, follows through, and helps create a smooth hiring and onboarding experience.\nWhat We Offer\nCompensation: This is a salaried non-exempt role. This means that employees are paid a salary and also receive overtime pay when they work more than 40 hours in a week (or as otherwise required by state law). The starting salary range for this role and market is between$56,800 - $74,550 annually.
