Come, stay, and grow with us.\nWhat Drives Success\nThis IT Educational Analyst supports the development, delivery, and maintenance of training, communication, and change management activities for information technology initiatives and business applications.\nWorking under general supervision, this role assists in creating learning materials, delivering training programs, developing communications, and supporting organizational change efforts while applying foundational instructional design, facilitation, and communication skills to help employees successfully adopt new technologies, processes, and systems.\nDUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:\nAssist with the development, testing, maintenance, and delivery of instructor-led, virtual, and eLearning courses for employees and end users of ERP and other IT business applications.\nCreate and update training materials including participant guides, quick reference guides, job aids, presentations, and knowledge articles.\nSupport the development of eLearning modules and awareness videos using learning and development tools such as Articulate 360, Vyond, CANVA or similar applications.\nDeliver training sessions for small to medium-sized audiences under the guidance of senior team members.\nAssist in evaluating training effectiveness through surveys, assessments, and learner feedback.\nSupport change management activities including stakeholder communications, adoption campaigns, training logistics, and end-user engagement activities.\nDevelop employee-facing communications such as emails, intranet articles, social media posts, and awareness materials.\nParticipate in organizational change initiatives and promote user adoption of new technologies and processes.\nCoordinate training schedules, registration, attendance tracking, and reporting.\nMaintain training records, learning content repositories, and program documentation.\nSupport and help administer ongoing learning and engagement programs such as IT awareness campaigns, champions programs, and learning events.\nCollaborate with project teams, subject matter experts, and business stakeholders to identify learning needs and training requirements.\nStay current on instructional design trends, learning technologies, and change management best practices.\n#LI-onsite #LI-SJ1\nWhat We Are Looking For\nEducation & Experience:\nBachelor's degree in Education, Organizational Development, Communications, Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.\n2+ years of experience in training, learning and development, change management, communications, or related experience.\nExperience supporting employee training programs, workshops, or technology adoption initiatives preferred.\nKnowledge, Skills & Abilities:\nFoundational knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.\nBasic understanding of change management principles and user adoption strategies.\nExperience creating training materials and end-user communications.\nFamiliarity with eLearning development tools such as Articulate 360, Vyond, Canva, Camtasia, Snagit, or similar applications.\nStrong verbal and written communication skills paired with effective presentation and facilitation abilities.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and projects with attention to detail.\nStrong organizational and problem-solving skills.\nSelf-motivated with a willingness to learn new technologies and business processes.\nComfortable using social media and digital communication channels for awareness and engagement activities.\nStrong collaboration and customer service orientation.\nTravel:\nUp to 10-15% travel based on project and business requirements.\nWhat We Offer\nCompensation: This is a salaried exempt role. The starting salary range for this role and market is between $63,000 - $82,950 annually. Factors that may affect starting salary include geography/market and the skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Employees in this role are also eligible for an annual bonus in accordance with the terms of the Company’s applicable plan.
