They are also responsible for cleaning and quality-checking their machinery to ensure everything works as it should.\nJob Duties:\nMonitoring: Gauges, Indicators, Sensors, Batch Counter, Coil Feeder, Nail Feeder and Quality Control\nControlling the operations of Equipment or systems.\nConvey information to Lead/Supervisor effectively.\nDetermine the reason/s for Machine Stoppage (trouble shooting)\nPackaging, Labeling and Palletizing finished goods.\nMust be able to fill out Production sheets in English\nMust be able to load all Raw Material into Machines\nOther duties as assigned.\nWhat We Are Looking For\nAdditional Requirements:\nMust be able to read/write.\n Must be flexible - OT and weekends are required as needed.\n Must be able to work a 10 hour/day work schedule.\n Work independently and as part of a team.\n Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.\n Must be able to assist in other areas/departments when there is downtime.\nPhysical Requirements\nMust be in good physical condition.\nMust be able to lift up to 50 lbs.\nMust be able to push and pull up to 150 lbs.\nMust have good hand/eye coordination.\nMust be able to sit, stand, walk and/or bend for long periods of time (Varied based on daily tasks)\nCompensation: This is an hourly non-exempt role. The starting pay range for this role and market is between $18.00-$22.00/hour. Factors that may affect starting pay include geography/market, and the skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
