Come, stay, and grow with us.\nWhat Drives Success\nThe Dynatite Machine Operator’s primary function are to ensure the assembly of various parts while using machines.\nJob Duties:\nAssembling a variety of parts to Duro Dyne specifications.\nOperate assembly fixtures such as: JDS/JD assembly machine, Riveter, Bracket Machines, small presses, & Crimper Machine.\nHand packaging of small kits and parts.\nOperate small hand tools.\nInspection of material as it is being fabricated.\nNotify the supervisor when a machine is not working properly.\nReporting incidents, faulty operations, or product imperfections.\nNotify the supervisor if plating is poor.\nRecord daily production and maintain production quotas on Duro Dyne forms.\nLoad any and all raw materials as needed.\nOther duties as assigned.\nWhat We Are Looking For\nSkills & Abilities\nBasic math skills.\nExcellent communication & interpersonal skills.\nMust be flexible - OT and weekends are required as needed.\nEducation \nHigh School Diploma or equivalent\nExperience \n1-2 years manufacturing or assembly experience\nPhysical Requirements\nMust be able to read/write in English.\nMust be in good physical condition.\nMust have good eye/hand coordination.\nMust be able to lift 25 to 30 lbs routinely.\nMust be able to stand and/or bend for long periods of time (Varied based on daily tasks)\nUse of one or both feet or legs to move controls on machinery or equipment. Controls include, but are not limited to, pedals, buttons, levers, and cranks.\nHolding, grasping, turning, or otherwise working with the hand(s). Note: Fingers are involved only to the extent that they are an extension of the hand to hold or operate a tool such as pliers.\nWhat We Offer\nCompensation: This is an hourly non-exempt role. The starting pay range for this role and market is between $17.00- $19.00 /hour. Factors that may affect starting pay include geography/market, and the skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
