Come, stay, and grow with us.\nWhat Drives Success\nThe Machine Operators primary function is to ensure the setup, operation, troubleshooting and maintenance of machinery.\nJob Duties:\nRecord accurate daily production while maintaining production quotas. \nEnsuring the inspection of the quality of the product during daily production. \nPerform minor adjustments of the roll-forming machine as needed. \nEnsure proper markings are affixed to the product fabric. \nEnsure product is packaged in the appropriate carton and labels are affixed. \nEnsure finished packaged product is placed on skids. \nEnsure presses and dies are lubricated when required. \nMaintain work area clean and free of debris.\nEnsure the recording of scrap. \nLoad any and all raw material as needed.\nNotify the supervisor when a machine is not working properly.\nReporting incidents, faulty operations, or product imperfections.\nAssist with annual physical inventory. \nPerform other duties as assigned.\nWhat We Are Looking For\nAdditional Requirements\nMust be able to read/write in English.\nMust be flexible - OT and weekends are required as needed.\nMust be able to work a 10 hour/day schedule.\nWork independently and as part of a team.\nMust be able to work in a fast-paced environment.\nMust be able to assist in other areas/departments when there is downtime.\nEducation \nHigh School Diploma or equivalent\nExperience \nA minimum of 1 year manufacturing experience \nPhysical Requirements - Essential\nMust be in good physical condition.\nMust be able to lift up to 50 lbs.\nMust have good hand/eye coordination.\nMust be able to sit, stand, walk and/or bend for long periods of time (Varied based on daily tasks)\nCompensation: This is an hourly non-exempt role. The starting pay range for this role and market is between $18.00- $22.00 /hour. Factors that may affect starting pay include geography/market, and the skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
