Come, stay, and grow with us.\nJob Description\nThe Manufacturing Engineer Specialist is responsible for leading the development, planning, execution, and implementation of strategic manufacturing projects that improve safety, quality, productivity, capacity, and cost competitiveness within HVAC manufacturing operations. This position serves as a technical leader for capital investments, automation initiatives, process optimization, manufacturing readiness, insourcing projects, and operational excellence programs.\nThe role requires strong project management capability and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams while ensuring successful execution from concept development through production stabilization. The Manufacturing Engineer Specialist drives innovation and continuous improvement through the application of engineering principles, advanced manufacturing technologies, structured problem solving, and data-driven decision-making.\nQualifications\nBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related technical field.\nAdvanced degree or recognized project-management, Lean, or Six Sigma certification is preferred.\nMinimum of 5 years of progressive Manufacturing Engineering experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment.\nDemonstrated experience leading complex technical projects and coordinating multidisciplinary project teams.\nHands-on experience with CAPEX projects from justification and requirements definition through installation, commissioning, validation, and handoff.\nExperience in HVAC, refrigeration, appliances, automotive, metal fabrication, or a comparable manufacturing industry is preferred.\nProject management: scope, schedule, budget, resources, risk, change control, stakeholder communication, and project closure.\nManufacturing process design, equipment integration, process validation, and manufacturing readiness.\nAutomation, digital manufacturing, and production technology deployment.\nLean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement.\nPFMEA, Control Plans, Standard Work, process capability, and production data analysis.\nPlant layout, workstation design, ergonomics, line balancing, capacity analysis, and material flow.\nCAD and analytical software;
